1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the player") and 999d ("the platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the services available at 999d.vin and any associated mobile or web browser applications operated under the 999d brand.

By accessing 999d.vin, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including the Bet section, Live Casino, Slots, Casino, Bingo, and all promotional and bonus offers.

2Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 999d account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, devices, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999d login credentials.
• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• 999d staff will never ask you for your password at any time, through any channel.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 999d support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account until you report unauthorised access.

Account Verification

999d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3Eligibility

To register and use 999d you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been used to place at least one qualifying bet or game round, where applicable promotional terms apply.
• 999d reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a deposit cannot be verified.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 999d account are paid in PKR to an eligible payment method. The withdrawal process and current processing timeframes are detailed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed if it has not already been completed at registration.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from active bonus balances may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 999d reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or above a threshold amount.
• Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours. Exact processing times depend on the payment method selected.

6Bonuses & Promotions

999d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 999d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any active bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or using automated tools — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the account. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus may also be voided.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms and indicate how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the relevant offer terms.

7Betting Rules

The 999d Bet section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sporting events as listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 999d.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the Bet section and may vary by market and event.
• 999d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where the result was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, 999d reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening during events. 999d is not liable for any bets not accepted during a market suspension.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific sport rules published in the Bet section.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and domestic Pakistan matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, the revised target and result as declared by the governing body will be used for settlement purposes.

8Casino & Games

999d offers Live Casino, Slots, Casino table games, and Bingo. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) for RNG-based titles, and professionally managed live studios for Live Casino games. The following rules apply across all game categories.

• Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages for Slots and RNG Casino games are displayed within the game information panel before the game is loaded.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the recorded game state at the time of the interruption, where technically recoverable.
• 999d is not responsible for losses incurred due to player-side technical issues including internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or browser errors.
• Game results are final once a round has been completed and settled. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game session.

Live Casino

Live Casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Game results are determined by real physical outcomes — card draws, roulette wheel spins — and are final. Live Casino tables have specific PKR minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the table before you join.

Bingo

Bingo games run on a scheduled basis with prize pools and ticket prices displayed before each game session. Players must purchase tickets before the game round closes. Tickets purchased for a Bingo game are non-refundable once the game round has started.

9User Conduct

All players are expected to use the 999d platform in good faith, for personal entertainment, and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Opening or operating more than one 999d account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other game format where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing, inside information betting, or any other form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or identity when accessing the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 999d staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Any activity that 999d reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

10Privacy & Data

999d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and account use is used to operate your account, process transactions, and provide customer support.
• 999d does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicious account activity or transactions flagged by fraud detection systems.
• Abusive conduct toward staff or other players.
• Evidence of underage gaming.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 999d account at any time by contacting support. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 999d's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 999d is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

14Changes to These Terms

999d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided to registered players via the platform or by the contact method associated with your account, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 999d platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
